In this edition of ‘Behind the Edit’ we’ll walk through my edit of a G63 AMG. For those new to the blog, this series aims to shed light on my editing process and the steps taken to produce a final image.
This image was taken for Mercedez-Benz Canberra back in March and I was lucky enough to have free reign in their basement for an hour or so to capture this incredible machine.

Car Feature - Porsche is a name synonymous with beautiful design, understated performance and raw driving pleasure. The Cayman S carries lives up to the Porsche name with its flowing lines, 3.4L flat-six and incredible handling.
Last weekend I attended the Southern District Motorsports Association’s (SDMA) September hill climb meet. The SDMA has been racing at Fairbairn motor complex since 2000 and every month they draw an incredible variety of cars. From open wheelers through to daily drives there is really a level of racing for all skill levels and budgets.
If you're anything like me, you've looked at a shot and thought 'That looks amazing, I wonder what they've done to achieve that look'. I thought it would interesting to give a high level overview of the process behind editing one of my most recent shots from the AMG Club ACT website shoot.
My hope for this blog is to be able to provide people with a behind the scenes look at my work. I’ll be sharing stories about the gear and techniques I use, car shows and shoots as well as hearing from people I meet on the way.
